We started as a content and publishing platform and have grown into a full platform combining learning, mock tests and assessments, a creator marketplace, an instructor marketplace, community features, and job listings. We share job seeker application materials with the specific employer a person applies to. We do not sell resume data to unrelated third parties.

6. Exam Integrity
To protect the fairness of mock tests and assessments, we may collect and analyze:
Timing patterns and unusual answer behavior that may indicate cheating
Multiple accounts attempting the same test
IP address and device signals associated with test attempts
Where enabled for certain proctored assessments, browser tab-switch detection or webcam-based identity checks (only where you are clearly notified before starting such a test)
This data is used strictly to maintain exam integrity. Suspected violations may result in score invalidation, account restrictions, or suspension under our Exam & Assessment Integrity Policy.
7. Creator, Instructor, and Payout Data
Content you publish as a creator or instructor is publicly accessible unless you configure it otherwise, and may be indexed by search engines or cached by third parties.
We may use anonymized, aggregated creator/instructor data to understand content trends and improve recommendations. These reports never identify individuals.
Payout and financial information is used solely to process earnings and comply with applicable tax and financial regulations, and is shared only with the payment processors necessary to complete payouts.
Revenue reports and dashboards are visible only to the relevant creator/instructor and authorized Abhyashsuchi staff.
8. Student Analytics and Learning Data
Learning progress, quiz/test performance, and completion data are used to:
Show you your own progress and certificates
Power personalized recommendations
Generate aggregate, anonymized insights to improve course quality
Individual learning records are not shared with instructors beyond what is reasonably necessary (e.g., an instructor may see aggregate enrollment/completion stats for their own course, not another learner’s private notes).
9. Job Platform Data Sharing
When you apply to a job, your resume and application details are shared with the relevant employer.
Employers may not use candidate data for purposes other than recruitment for the posted role, and are contractually expected to handle candidate data responsibly.

10. Email Communications and Marketing Preferences
We may email you for:

Course, test, and certificate notifications
Creator/instructor program and payout updates
Job platform alerts (new matching jobs, application status)

You can opt out of marketing and newsletter emails anytime via the “Unsubscribe” link or by contacting [email protected]. Transactional/account-related emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
11. Third-Party Services

12. AI Features — Data Use
Where AI-powered features are offered:

We do not knowingly use your prompts to train third-party foundation models beyond what is disclosed to you at the point of use.
Prompt/interaction history may be retained to improve feature quality and for troubleshooting, and is subject to the retention limits in Section 14.
You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information into AI-powered search or assistant features.
13. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:

With advertising partners, limited to technical identifiers (IP address, cookie ID, browser data) needed for ad delivery — not your name or email, without consent
With employers, for job applications you submit

14. Data Retention
Account data: retained while your account is active, plus a reasonable period after deletion for legal compliance.
Published content: remains on the platform unless deletion is explicitly requested and approved.
Course progress, test scores, and certificates: retained to preserve your learning record, unless deletion is requested.
Job applications and resumes: retained for a reasonable period to support the hiring process, then deleted or anonymized on request.
Analytics and log data: generally anonymized after 24 months.
Payment and payout records: retained as required by applicable financial and tax law.
AI prompt/interaction logs: retained only as long as needed for the feature and quality/safety review, then deleted or anonymized.
15. Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, regular security monitoring, and restricted internal access to personal data. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong, unique passwords and keep credentials confidential.
Security Incident Disclosure
If we discover a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, describing what happened, what data was involved, and steps we are taking in response.

Note: Account deletion does not automatically remove published content, active job applications, or issued certificates — please specify if you want these removed as well, and we will review per our content and records policies.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
Restrict or object to certain processing
Port your data in a structured, machine-readable format

Abhyashsuchi is not directed to children under 13, and our Terms require users to be at least 18 to create an account, except where a specific product (e.g., certain exam-prep content) is explicitly designed for supervised use by minors under a parent/guardian’s account, in which case additional consent and controls apply as described at the point of signup.

19. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Content you publish (articles, Pulse posts, Shorts, courses, study materials) remains your intellectual property, but by publishing on Abhyashsuchi you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform as described in our Terms of Service and Creator/Instructor Terms.
Abhyashsuchi’s platform design, branding, and proprietary question banks/assessment content are owned by us and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

20. International Users
Abhyashsuchi is operated from India. If you access the platform from outside India, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the platform, you consent to this transfer, and we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
21. Automated Decision-Making and Moderation
We use automated tools and machine-learning systems to assist with content moderation, spam/fraud detection, exam integrity checks, and policy enforcement.
