TRUST, SAFETY & ACADEMIC INTEGRITY POLICY

Abhyashsuchi (including the Abhyora learning platform) — https://abhyashsuchi.in/ Effective Date:  jan 01/2026 Last Updated: july 06/2026

Introduction

This Trust, Safety & Academic Integrity Policy (“Policy”) brings together, in one place, the rules that keep Abhyashsuchi a safe, honest, and fair place to learn, teach, create, and interact. It combines our Community Guidelines, Academic Integrity rules, Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy, Content Moderation standards, Creator and Instructor responsibilities, and our reporting and appeals process.

This Policy applies to every user of Abhyashsuchi — students, creators, instructors, and visitors — and supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where anything here conflicts with mandatory law in your jurisdiction, the law that protects your rights will govern to the extent required.

PART 1 — COMMUNITY STANDARDS

1.1 Our Expectations

We want Abhyashsuchi to be a place where people can learn, teach, and discuss ideas without fear of harassment or manipulation. All users are expected to communicate respectfully, engage in good faith, and contribute constructively — whether in comments, reviews, course discussions, or direct interactions with instructors and support staff.

1.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

CategoryIncludes
Harassment & AbuseHarassing, threatening, bullying, or discriminating against any user
Hate SpeechContent targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
DeceptionSpamming, scamming, phishing, or impersonating another person, brand, or organization
Malicious TechUploading malware, spyware, or other malicious code
Illegal ActivitySharing illegal material or promoting violence
Fake PresenceCreating fake accounts, or manipulating followers, ratings, reviews, rankings, or engagement metrics

Violating these standards may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or termination, as described in Part 6 (Enforcement).

PART 2 — CONTENT STANDARDS

2.1 What Good Content Looks Like

We welcome original, accurate, well-sourced, and genuinely useful content — articles, courses, study materials, and community posts that help learners and readers.

2.2 Prohibited or Restricted Content

The following are not permitted anywhere on Abhyashsuchi:

  • Low-quality or spam content, including mass-produced or unedited AI-generated content published without meaningful human review or added value
  • Misleading information or clickbait that misrepresents what the content actually delivers
  • Duplicate content copied or lightly reworded from other sources without adding original value
  • Illegal material of any kind
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Malicious software or code designed to harm users or systems
  • Fraudulent courses, including courses that misrepresent instructor credentials, outcomes, or content
  • Misrepresentation of results, certifications, or affiliations
  • Medical misinformation that could cause real-world harm
  • Financial misinformation, including unfounded investment or income claims
  • Exam misinformation, including false claims about official syllabi, exam patterns, or results

All users publishing content are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

PART 3 — ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

3.1 Our Academic Integrity Principles

Abhyashsuchi’s learning and assessment features only have value if they reflect genuine knowledge and effort. We ask all learners to:

  • Learn honestly and engage with course material in good faith
  • Complete assessments as an accurate reflection of their own understanding
  • Submit independent work unless collaboration is explicitly permitted
  • Allow their progress and scores to genuinely verify their own knowledge

3.2 Mock Test Rules

  • Mock tests and assessments are intended to evaluate genuine knowledge and preparation.
  • Users should complete mock tests honestly and to the best of their own ability.
  • Unless a specific test explicitly states otherwise, students should not receive outside assistance — from another person, an unauthorized reference material, or an AI tool — during a timed, scored assessment.
  • Test results and rankings are self-reported reflections of practice performance and are not official scores of any government, board, or third-party examination.

3.3 AI Usage Policy

AI writing and reasoning tools — including tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar systems — are powerful learning aids, and we don’t want to discourage their thoughtful use. At the same time, some contexts require unassisted work to be meaningful.

  • During competitive assessments, timed mock tests, leaderboard events, skill evaluations, ranking competitions, or certification assessments, users should not rely on AI assistance to generate answers unless the specific assessment explicitly permits AI use.
  • Outside of these restricted contexts (for example, using an AI-powered study assistant to understand a concept, or general browsing of course material), AI tools may be used as permitted by the specific feature or course.
  • We may review unusual account or scoring activity — such as statistically anomalous score patterns, timing irregularities, or user reports — as part of maintaining assessment integrity. Any action taken as a result of such review follows the process described in Part 3.5 (Consequences) and Part 7 (Appeals).
  • We do not claim to detect every instance of unauthorized AI use in real time; our review process is based on available signals and is applied on a case-by-case basis, consistent with fairness to all users.

3.4 Cheating Policy

The following are prohibited in connection with any test, assessment, or certification:

  • Sharing, selling, or buying test answers
  • Leaking test questions or answer keys
  • Impersonating another person during an exam or assessment
  • Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage or repeat attempts beyond stated limits
  • Manipulating scores, rankings, or leaderboard standings
  • Using automated bots to complete assessments
  • Sharing accounts to circumvent attempt limits or access restrictions
  • Unauthorized collaboration during individually-assessed activities
  • Circumventing any platform restriction designed to preserve assessment integrity

3.5 Consequences

Violations of Academic Integrity may result in one or more of the following, depending on the nature, severity, and history of the violation:

  • A warning
  • Score cancellation
  • Removal from leaderboards or rankings
  • Certificate revocation
  • Removal of the associated content or submission
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Removal from the Creator Program
  • Removal from the Instructor Program
  • Loss of monetization eligibility

Enforcement decisions are made after review of the available facts and may vary in severity based on the circumstances. See Part 7 for how to appeal a decision.

  2. Provide any evidence or context relevant to your case.
  3. We will review the appeal and communicate the outcome. While we aim to review appeals promptly, timelines may vary depending on case complexity.

  • Respect other users
  • Protect their account credentials and not share them
  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Follow all platform policies, including this one
