We are committed to building a trustworthy, open, and well-moderated space for creators and readers. These Terms are designed to protect our community, protect creators, protect readers, and ensure the platform remains a safe and valuable place for everyone.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Abhyashsuchi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will provide additional notice — such as an email notification or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Abhyashsuchi after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

To create an account and use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, you may not create an account or publish content on Abhyashsuchi. Users between 13 and 17 may only read publicly accessible content on the platform and may not register an account without verifiable parental consent.

By using our platform, you represent that:

  1. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Abhyashsuchi empowers creators to publish their work and build an audience. As a creator on our platform, you take on responsibilities that come with publishing to a public audience.

You agree to:

— Only publish content that you have the legal right to publish — Be truthful and transparent about who you are and what you publish — Clearly disclose any sponsored, paid, or promotional content within your posts — Respect the intellectual property rights of others — Keep your published content accurate and updated where relevant — Engage with your readers and community in a respectful manner

Creators are independent publishers, not employees or agents of Abhyashsuchi. Your content reflects your views, not ours. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of creator-published content.

  1. PUBLISHER AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Abhyashsuchi is a community platform. The quality of the experience for every reader and creator depends on everyone contributing responsibly.

We expect all users — whether reading, writing, or commenting — to:

— Treat others with respect and basic human dignity — Engage in good faith and constructive discussion — Not harass, bully, intimidate, or target other users — Not use the platform to manipulate public opinion through coordinated inauthentic behavior — Respect diverse perspectives and avoid inciting division based on identity

We want Abhyashsuchi to be a platform where thoughtful, honest, and meaningful content thrives. Violating these standards may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

  1. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not post, upload, share, or otherwise publish content on Abhyashsuchi that:

— Is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law — Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party — Contains explicit sexual content, including nudity or pornographic material — Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or harm to individuals or groups — Harasses, threatens, or abuses specific individuals — Constitutes hate speech targeting people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin — Contains malware, spyware, viruses, or other malicious code — Engages in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices — Is designed to spam, scam, or manipulate other users — Contains personally identifiable information about others without their consent — Impersonates another person, brand, or organization — Violates any of our additional content policies as published on the platform

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content violates these standards and to remove it without notice.

  1. MISINFORMATION AND HARMFUL CONTENT POLICY

We are committed to being a platform that supports honest, evidence-based publishing. We take the quality of information on Abhyashsuchi seriously.

The following types of content are not permitted:

— Deliberately false or fabricated news presented as factual reporting — Health misinformation that could cause real-world harm (e.g., dangerous medical advice, false vaccine claims) — Election and civic misinformation intended to mislead voters — Manipulated media (deepfakes or altered images/videos) used deceptively — Content designed to exploit real-world crises for fraudulent purposes

We recognize the difference between opinion, satire, analysis, and disinformation. Opinion and satire are welcome on our platform when clearly labeled. Deliberate disinformation is not.

Our moderation team and automated tools review content for policy violations. Creators who repeatedly publish harmful misinformation may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.

  1. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA POLICY

Abhyashsuchi respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same.

Your Obligations

Do not publish content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. You represent that you own or have the legal right to publish any content you submit to our platform.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Abhyashsuchi infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its URL on our platform
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected creator.

Counter-Notices

If you are a creator and believe content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. We will handle counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA process.

Repeat Infringers

Abhyashsuchi will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

  1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT LICENSE

By submitting, posting, or publishing any content (“User Content”) on Abhyashsuchi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify (for formatting purposes only), and make available your content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving our platform.

This license does not give us ownership of your content. You retain full ownership and copyright of everything you create. You can remove your content from the platform at any time.

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except to the extent that content has already been distributed by others or cached by third-party services (such as search engines), which we cannot control.

You represent and warrant that:

— You own or have the right to license your content to us — Your content does not infringe any third-party rights — Your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law

  1. CONTENT MODERATION RIGHTS

We believe in creator freedom, but we also take responsibility for the health of our platform. Abhyashsuchi reserves the right — but does not have the obligation — to:

— Review, screen, and moderate any content on the platform — Remove, restrict, or refuse to display content that violates these Terms or our content policies — Limit the distribution of content that we determine to be low-quality, misleading, or harmful — Add labels, notices, or context to content that may be disputed or sensitive

We aim to make moderation decisions fairly and consistently. When content is removed, we will notify the creator where reasonably practicable and explain the reason. Creators may appeal moderation decisions by contacting [email protected].

We are not liable for our decisions to remove or retain content.

  1. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:

— You violate these Terms or any Abhyashsuchi content policies — Your account is used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity — We receive a valid legal order requiring us to do so — We determine, at our discretion, that your presence is harmful to the platform or community

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on what happens to your data upon account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms — including intellectual property rights, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive termination.

  1. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORED CONTENT DISCLOSURE

Abhyashsuchi displays third-party advertisements on our platform, including those served by Google AdSense. Ads help us keep the platform free and support our creators.

Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. We do not allow advertisers to influence or dictate the content created by our publishers.

Creator Disclosure Obligations

If you are a creator and you have received any form of compensation — monetary payment, free products, affiliate income, or other consideration — in exchange for publishing content, you must clearly disclose this within your post. Failure to disclose paid or sponsored content violates our policies and may also violate applicable consumer protection laws, including FTC guidelines.

Use language such as “Sponsored,” “Paid Partnership,” or “This post contains affiliate links” at the beginning of the relevant content.

Abhyashsuchi is not liable for a creator’s failure to make required disclosures.

  1. MONETIZATION AND REVENUE SHARING

Abhyashsuchi is building a creator economy and plans to introduce monetization features in the future. This section is forward-looking and describes how future monetization programs will operate.

Future monetization features may include:

— Creator subscription and tipping programs — Revenue sharing from advertising displayed alongside creator content — Paid content or paywalled article features — Sponsored content marketplace integrations

When these programs are launched, they will be governed by separate monetization agreements and program-specific policies. Participation will be voluntary, subject to eligibility requirements, and governed by applicable tax and legal obligations.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue monetization programs at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice to affected creators before making significant changes to any active revenue-sharing program.

Creators participating in monetization programs agree to provide accurate tax information and comply with all applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

  1. DOWNLOADABLE AND PREMIUM CONTENT

Content made available for download through our platform is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use such content for personal or internal purposes only, unless otherwise stated.

You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or sublicense downloaded content without our express written permission.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All design elements, features, branding, software, graphics, and underlying technology that make up Abhyashsuchi — excluding User Content — are the exclusive property of Abhyashsuchi or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

— Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of our platform’s proprietary elements — Use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent — Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code — Create derivative works based on our platform without permission

If you believe your intellectual property is being infringed on our platform, please refer to Section 9 (Copyright and DMCA Policy).

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our platform may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, and services. These are provided for your convenience and do not constitute our endorsement of those third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to those parties’ own terms and conditions.

  1. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

We work hard to keep Abhyashsuchi running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. We may need to perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs that temporarily limit access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by platform downtime or changes.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Abhyashsuchi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

— Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content — Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or harmful components

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content published by creators or users on our platform. You use the platform and rely on its content at your own risk.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abhyashsuchi and its founders, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

— Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities — Loss of data or content — Reputational harm — Cost of substitute services

This applies regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability — whether contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹500 INR (or equivalent in your local currency).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Abhyashsuchi and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

— Your use of or access to the platform — Content you publish or submit on the platform — Your violation of these Terms — Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party — Any claim that your User Content caused harm to another person

This obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, we encourage you to first contact us at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Abhyashsuchi regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and us.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice — such as an email or a platform announcement.

Your continued use of Abhyashsuchi after updated Terms are posted means you accept and agree to the new Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account.
